ONLINE RESERVATION / CANCELLATION HELP

STEPS TO BE TAKEN FOR
ON LINE BOOKING BY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD

STEP 1:
Login www.rtdc.in on Internet Explorer browser only. No other browser like Google Chrome etc.
STEP 2:
Generally three successful transactions through Master/VISA credit/ debit cards in 24 hours are validated on the system. Fourth transaction validates after 24 hours of last transaction.
STEP 3:
New / first time user to please create your Login ID and Password < It is one time only, can use in future for 'online booking & Cancellation' on www.rtdc.in >
STEP 4:
Now proceed for online booking for RTDC Hotels , Luxury Trains etc by clicking on the links below the blinking word "Online Booking"
STEP 5:
Select/Fill required parameters on screen <complete the required fields as per your requirements> and press "CHECK AVAILABILITY" for confirming the availability of your required accommodation, categories wise for next ten days/dates, then click on "BACK" button, re-fill your room requirement and click on "BOOK NOW" button for booking OR you may press "BOOK NOW" button directly after filling required parameters.
Note: When you click on "BOOK NOW", screen shows Single or Multiple Hotels, Room Type, Bed Type, Date(s),Status of Room Availability. On Status two options are shown "Available" and/or "Request". Here
Available means Room is available and
Request means Room is not available
As such, for booking click on "Available" only
STEP 6:
Now you are shown Room Summary and Booking Summary on the screen. Now proceed for payment through Credit / Debit Card (only Master/Visa cards accepted) by clicking "BOOK BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD".
STEP 7:
Enter your Login ID and Password to proceed.
STEP 8:
Fill all mandatory fields and 'tick' on the blank box to accept terms & condition and proceed for payment.
STEP 9:
Now HDFC secure payment portal will appear. Billing information is shown and in Payment information, fill up the required information and submit. (If paying by Debit card, please ensure that "Internet Banking" is allowed to you by your Bank and that you have Customer ID and PIN for use during online payment by Debit Card.)
STEP 10: Now you will get confirmation with payment, Get this printed and produce at the time of check in to respective RTDC Hotel(s) with Photo ID proof as stated on web page at the time of "Confirm Booking."
IN CASE YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT THROUGH YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD You can deposit calculated tariff amount in "Rajasthan Tourism Development Corp Ltd" ICICI BANK A/C NO. 001205001867 (ICICI Bank, Jaipur Branch, Shreeji Tower, C-99, Subhash Marg, Near Ahinsa Circle, C-Scheme, Jaipur, RTGS/NEFT IFSC Code is ICIC0000012 & SWIFT Code is ICICI NBBCTS) and fax the slip to 0141-2200564 with your required booking details and your contact No.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT
STEPs:
Repeat Steps 1 to 3
STEP 4:
Click on "Cancellation" available at top right corner. A list of your booking will appear, select the radio button of desired booking to be cancelled.
STEP 5:
AMENDMENT and part cancellation in existing booking for rooms, room category are not permissible. It can be done by cancelling the existing booking & book a fresh as per your requirement/choice of room/date. On cancelled booking, cancellation charges will be applicable as per rules.
