three successful transactions through Master/VISA
credit/ debit cards in 24 hours are validated
on the system. Fourth transaction validates
after 24 hours of last transaction. |

'online booking & Cancellation' on

Now proceed
for online booking for Palace on Wheels
/ Royal Rajasthan on Wheels by clicking
on the links below the blinking word "Online
Booking" |

Select/Fill
required parameters on screen; showing train
details - Click Departure Train, Tariff
and Booking - Select year and departure
date - click check availability - Popup
shows four departure dates availability
- close the popup - and click Book Now -
Booking Information page - <complete
the required fields as per your requirements>
and press "BOOK NOW" - Enter your
login ID and Password to proceed - Arrive
at Confirm Booking Page showing your booking
details and amount - Tick the box of conditions
and click CONFIRM AND PROCEED FOR PAYMENT. |

Now HDFC Secured
payment portal will appear. Billing information
is shown and in Payment information, fill
up the required information and submit.
Presently International Issued credit cards
MASTER / VISA (outside India) are accepted
on the Payment Gateway. Presently online
payment Gateway acceptance is US $ 10000
for each booking (two persons). For additional
booking repeat the same procedure. Soon
acceptance of American Express, JCB, Diners
Club and Citibank credit cards will start
with US $ 20000 for each booking. |

7:

Now you will
get confirmation voucher with payment. Get
this printed and produce at the time of
Boarding the Palace on Wheels / Royal Rajasthan
on Wheels along with Photo ID proof. |

IN CASE
YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT THROUGH
YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD You can deposit
calculated tariff amount in "Rajasthan
Tourism Development Corp Ltd" ICICI
BANK A/C NO. 001205001867 and fax
the slip to 0141-2204065 with your required
booking details and your contact No.

on "Cancellation" available at
top right corner.Select Luxury train. A
list of your booking will appear, select
the radio button of desired booking to be
cancelled. |

STEP

AMENDMENT
and part cancellation in existing booking
for rooms, room category are not permissible.
It can be done by cancelling the existing
booking & book a fresh as per your
requirement. On cancelled booking, cancellation
charges will be applicable as per rules.
