Note:
1. AP Tariff: Stay in Tent/ Room/
Hut with Veg. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) Applicable
in all categories, except in Standard room (Common
toilet at Hotel Sarover), Dormitory beds and caravan.
2. Full Package (Room+ meals+ Camel riding+
Music & Dance+ Evening Tea)
3. Tax: Extra on AP/ M.A.P. Tariff as per Government
rulees applicable at the time of Check-in, presently
it is approx 11% on Rs. 1000 and above.
Payment:
- 10% Against the booking up to 30 days prior
to the first day of the fair i.e.17th Nov.2010).

Balance Amount 90% 29 days
prior to Fair date.
Note: Travel agents are requested to send
naming list of guests and exchange voucher of
the Travel agency indicating clearly arrival
and departure time along with meal plan as per
date of booking (especially arrivals at lunch).
Amendment:- Amendment in dates is admissible
without any chargesubject to availablity.
-Cancellation:
- 10% - 30 days prior to the first day of fair.
- 25% - 29 to 15 days prior to the first day
of fair.
- 100% - Less then 15 days prior to the first
day of fair.
Note: Above cancellation will be levied
on accommodation part only at all the places.
Complimentary: One Tent/ Room to the Tour
Escort/ Leader as per plan on 15 paying guests.
Commission: 1. 10% commission to Travel
agents (except Dormitory and Caravan) at both
places.
2. 20% commission to Travel agents for
booking of new Royal RTDC Village Pushkar (Ganera
Road).
Incentive to Travel Agents:
1. Up to 50 room nights- Nil
2. 51 to 100 room nights- 2%
3. 101 and above room nights- 5%
This incentive will be applicable only on the
additional nights above than 50 rooms's nights
