Terms and Conditions

  • Charges for Amer Fort Rs. 50/- For Nahargarh and Jaigarh Rs. 70/- extra per light vehicle.
  • For Hill Station Mileage covered on the hill shall be charged 50% extra plus particulars rate per Km.
  • Average 250 Kms per day shall be charged for outstation trip of vehicle.
  • Extended time/KM shall be charged as per next package rates for local use.
  • Distance and time shall be calculated from RTDC Tours & Travels & Back .
  • For all bookings,Toll Tax, Parking Charges and for out of the State Bookings, Inter State Tax etc. shall be paid by the Guests, if applicable..
  • Reservation Policy (i) Vehicle is booked on 100% advance payment as per type of vehicle hired (ii) if vehicle runs more than hired hrs./Kms/days, difference if any, shall be paid by the guest at the time of concluding the Tour.
  • In case of cancellation of confirmed booking following refund shall be made as per rule. For prior intimation of more than 48 hours 10% cancellation will be charged. For information up to 24 hours 20% cancellation will be charged. No refund shall be made, if intimation is received less than 24 hrs. Any dispute will be subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction only.
  • Service Tax will be charged extra as applicable (presently 4.12% Service Tax is levied).
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • 25% will be charged extra if booked for marriage purpose.
