1. Service Tax @ 2.58% and commercial tax US$ 15 per person extra as applicable.
2. There will be a 10% surcharge levied on the tariff for the trips falling during Christmas (25th December) and New Year (1st January)
3. The above tariff and itineary is subject to revise without prior notice.
4. Tariff is inclusive of cost of travel and accommodation, catering (morning tea, breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner), conducted sightseeing tours in deluxe coaches, entrance fee for monuments and palaces and cultural entertainment. Tariff does not include liquor, laundry, video cameras and other items of personal nature.
5. No Charter can be booked during X-mas & New Year period.
6. Booking is as per first come first serve, since the seats are limited kindly book in advance.

Booking Policy:
In case of FIT's:-

• 5% (non refundable) at the time of provisional booking & remaining 15% within next 15 days to confirm the booking for FIT's or
  
• 20% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking.
  
• Remaining 80% of ticket value 45 days prior to departure along with the naming list.
  

In case of Group/ Charter:-

• 5% of ticket value (non refundable) at the time of booking.
  
• 15% of ticket value 90 days prior to the departure.
  
• Remaining 80% 60 days prior to the departure.
  

Cancellation Policy:
In case of FIT's:-

• 5% of ticket value 60 days or more prior to departure.
  
• 20% of ticket value between 45 to 59 days prior to departure.


• 50% of ticket value between 30 to 44 days prior to departure.


• 100% of ticket value 30 days prior to departure.

In case of Groups:-

• 20% of ticket value 89 days prior to departure.


• 50% of ticket value between 88 to 31 days.


• 100% of ticket value 30 days prior to departure.

Part Journey:
Part journey of minimum 5 nights is permissible in advance. However in case of availability of cabins at the last moment it can be booked for any number of nights.

For Charter Bookings:-

• Charter means booking of 52 cabins for POW on a particular tour departure.
• The charter can be booked on the existing POW tour itinerary. However, diversion (outside the Rajasthan State) in the approved itinerary may be permissible after prior approval of Indian Railways for which an extra payment of 20% of the charter value will be charged.
• Charter can be booked in advance during X-Max & New Year period subject to 100% advance deposit with additional 10% of the tariff at the time of booking during season.
  
  

• First priority will be given to the confirmed bookings for full 7 night's tour. The details of the travelers will have to be provided with the final payment. Any change in the details shall be treated as cancellation and would invite cancellation charges as applicable.
  
• Once the names of the guests have been received, no substitution shall be permitted. The old name, if removed shall be treated as cancelled booking (subject to cancellation charges as applicable) and the new name/s will be treated as fresh booking and will be confirmed keeping in view the waitlisted bookings.

Online Bookings:
Online booking is also available for both the trains and entire capacity of the train will be on internet reservation system and full payment shall be charged through debit/credit card. Commission will be admissible on bookings through internet to the GSA & other agents/ sources of bookings.
No show/ En route termination of tour/amendment:

• No Show - In case of No Show / Non-arrival of the guest, no refund or adjustment in future travel will be possible. The whole amount shall be treated as forfeited.
  
• En route termination of tour - In case of termination of tour by the guest, for any reasons, no refund or adjustment for future travel will be possible. The amount for unused portion of the tour shall be treated as forfeited.
  
• Amendment - Is only possible under the circumstances like Natural Disaster / Natural Calamity or Serious Health Problem's (this needs to be supported by doctor's certificate) and is subject to availability. No refunds are possible and every case will be decided on merits on a case to case basis. No amendment will be permissible in case of booking of groups or complete train.

This policy is valid up to April, 2014 and will be applicable from the date of issuing of the policy.
