On Line Booking
1. We agree to provide online booking facility for RTDC products to registered users who agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
2. Only one type of discount will be applicable at one time.
3. Special offer/ discount is not allowed at the time of online booking. These applicable discounts will be provided at the time of check-out at respective Hotel after getting document of proof of age, official letter. The amount will be adjusted or refunded to the guest by concerned unit immediately.
4. The charges for self cooking by group can be permitted where space is available as per tariff fixed by unit incharge( per day ) applicable taxes are extra as per Govt. Rules. The electric equipment (if used) the electricity charges will be extra decided by Unit In charge.
5. In case of any advance booking of this period, the guest will be allowed to adjust the discounted amount in their other services OR refundable as per request of guest at concern hotel/ Motel at the time of check-out..
6. Over booking: In case of overbooking done due to Time out, RTDC will not be responsible for the same and full amount will be refunded.
7. The user can take a printout of Reservation Request No. voucher and check-in at the hotel or report to board the bus / luxury train without any further confirmation from RTDC.
8. We will provide you the service with utmost care and professionalism.
9. Booking of RTDC products through the internet is available to registered users 24 hours a day and all the 7 days of the week. Nevertheless, service hours are liable to change without any prior intimation.
10. Prevailing tariff will be applicable and difference tariff will be Chargeable/ Refundable/ adjustable at the time of check-out.
11. Cancellation/Refund Rules as applicable.
12. Tariff & Cancellation rules are subject to revise without prior notice
13. Taxes on applicable tariff are extra as per Government policy and to be paid by the guest at the time of check out.
14. Mostly Non AC & Standard Rooms are situated on 1st & 2nd Floor at Hotels. No Lift facility is available in RTDC Hotels (except Hotel Ghoomar, Jodhpur)

Kindly submit photo copy of any of the five identity cards, by Central/ State Govt. for their employees" at the time of check-in for proof of identity.

Tariff Plan means:
EP = Only room rent
CP = Room + Breakfast complimentary
MAP = Room + Breakfast + Lunch OR Dinner
AP = Room + Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

AMENDMENT and part cancellation in existing booking for rooms, room category are not permissible. It can be done by cancelling the existing booking & book a fresh as per your requirement/choice of room/date. On cancelled booking, cancellation charges will be applicable as per rules.

No show treated as cancelled and no refund will be made.
Prevailing Tariff & Cancellation Rules will be applicable.


Payment Procedure:

Reservation confirmation is subject to full advance payment.

On line reservation payment accepted through Credit Card / Debit Card (Master/VISA)

Reservation through cash payment/Bankers Cheque/Draft available with RTDC Reservation offices situated at Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmadabad, Mumbai and Jaipur(http://www.rtdc.in/rtdcconnect.htm)

Reservation amount upon confirmation from RTDC Central Reservation Office,Jaipur can be paid through bank transfer in ICICI bank A/C no. 001205001867 in favour of RTDC Ltd. Jaipur. Also send scan/ photo copy of the paying slip to RTDC Central Reservation Office,Jaipur through email at croho@rtdc.in /fax no. 0141-2200562
