On Line Booking
  1. We agree to provide online booking facility for RTDC products to registered users who agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
  2. 30 % DISCOUNT out right to the all guest who book the room ON LINE or directly arrived at unit during OFF season (period 1-8-10 to 30-9-10 & April to September). The following Units where OFF season period are different the discount will be applicable on these period:
    (a) Shikhar Mount Abu January to March & July to September
    (b) Sariska & Sawai Madhopur July to September
  3. Other applicable discounts during season like; senior citizen (20%) women (25% PSU's (25%) will remain same except OFF Season as above.
  4. Only one type of discount will be applicable at one time.
  5. Sr. Ctz. / Women / PSU's discount is not allowed at the time of online booking. These applicable discounts will be provided at the time of check-out at respective Hotel after getting document of proof of age, official letter. The amount will be adjusted or refunded to the guest by concerned unit immediately.
  6. The charges for self cooking by group can be permitted where space is available on Rs.1000/- per day inclusive of applicable taxes. The electric equipment (if used) the electricity charges will be extra decided by Unit In charge.
  7. In case of any advance booking of this period, the guest will be allowed to adjust the discounted amount in their other services OR refundable as per request of guest at unit level.
  8. The user can take a printout of Reservation Request No. voucher and check-in at the hotel or report to board the bus / luxury train without any further confirmation from RTDC.
  9. We will provide you the service with utmost care and professionalism.
  10. Booking of RTDC products through the internet is available to registered users 24 hours a day and all the 7 days of the week. Nevertheless, service hours are liable to change without any prior intimation.
  11. Prevailing tariff will be applicable and difference tariff will be Chargeable/ Refundable/ adjustable at the time of check-out.
  12. If any applicable taxes need to be paid at the time of check out.
  13. Kindly furnish photo copy of any of the five identity cards Viz. “Voter/ Passport/ Pan Card/ Driving Licence / Photo ID card issued by Central/ State Govt. for their employees” at the time of check-in for proof of identity.
  14. Special Discount as per web site will be refundable/ adjustable at the time of check out on submission of photo copy of valid proof.
  15. Cancellation/Refund Rules as applicable.

  1. Tariff is subject to revise without prior notice
  2. Taxes on applicable tariff are extra as per Government policy and to be paid by the guest at the time of check out.
Payment Procedure:
  • Reservation confirmation is subject to full advance payment.
  • Payment through cash at Reservation offices at Delhi, Kolkatta, Chennai, Ahemdabad, Mumbai and Jaipur
  • Through Credit Card / Debit Card using Online Reservation
  • Through draft in favour of "RTDC Ltd. Jaipur" and to be put to GM-CRO
  • Bank transfer through ICICI bank A/C no. 001205221867 in favour of RTDC Ltd. Jaipur and send a scan/ photo copy of the paying slip to CRO through fax no. 0141-2204065

Discount: - On line booking will be done on full room tariff and given below discounts applicable on submission of proof at the time of check-in. Applicable discount amount will be Chargeable / Refundable/ Adjustable at the time of check-out.

  2. Women Travelers in RTDC Hotels / Motels: - 25 % discount on Room rent to lady tourists, traveling single or in a group of women.
  3. At a time only one type of discount is applicable
